About us

A home for makers and founders

The Foundry Cowork sits inside a converted mill in Ancoats, built for people who make things and build companies.

The Foundry Cowork started in a converted mill on Old Mill Street, keeping the exposed brick, timber and tall windows that made the building what it is. Members work across open floors, dedicated desks and meeting rooms, with phone booths on every floor for calls.

A staffed front desk greets members through the working day, and fibre broadband runs to every desk and room. It is a place to work properly, in a building with history, in the middle of Ancoats.
